The Crouch End Tuesday Morning Club session is aimed at beginners plus. We’ll start the session working on specific Chi Running focuses – for example posture, arm swing, breathing. We then head out for a run around Crouch End – up to 5k depending on your current fitness level. I run with everyone at some point to give Chi Running tips and pointers. Routes are planned and a ‘shepherding’ system ensures everyone exercises at the appropriate level with the reassurance that you will not be left behind. The focus is on training and technique rather than competition.
Cost: £10 per session or book 10 sessions for £80
