Your programme will include:

  • structured, realistic goal setting
  • static and dynamic posture assessment. range of motion tests and fitness testing as appropriate
  • a bespoke goal-specific aerobic and resistance training programme
  • nutritional advice
  • performance-specific training programmes for runners if required

My qualifications:

  • Fully-qualified REPs Level 3 personal trainer
  • Level 4 Certificate in Specialist Exercise
  • Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral
  • Certified Chi Running and Chi Walking Instructor
  • Master Kettlebell Instructor
  • Premier Certificate in ViPR Training
  • Nutritional adviser
  • First aider
  • Fully insured

Sessions can be arranged in your home, outdoors or in the gym. Gym-base training sessions can be held at Premier Fitness Club, Finsbury Park, London N4 3JP (immediately opposite the tube). (no gym membership required)
