Take the 21-day Fitness Challenge, book monthly sessions or a package of 8, 12 or 24 sessions. Your programme will include:

    In order to ensure continued sustainable development a minimum of one session a week is highly recommended.

    Sessions can be arranged in your home, outdoors or in the gym. Gym-base training sessions can be held at Premier Fitness Club, Finsbury Park, London N4 3JP (immediately opposite the tube). www.premierfitness-club.co.uk (no gym membership required)
