Personal training

I offer personal training on a one-to-one basis or in a small group. Sessions are tailored to your specific requirements and will help you reach your potential and attain your goals. My training programmes follow the natural process of gradual development of skill and self to help create life-long health, fitness and well-being.

If you book personal training sessions with me you will get:

  • an in depth consultation, static and dynamic posture assessment and fitness testing as appropraite
  • structured realistic goal setting
  • a bespoke goal-specific aerobic and resistance training programme
  • nutritional advice
  • performance-specific training programmes for runners if required
  • Kettlebell and ViPR training if suitable

My qualifications:

  • Fully-qualified REPs Level 3 personal trainer
  • Certified Chi Running and Chi Walking Instructor
  • Premier Certificate in Tri-planar Kettlebell Training
  • Premier Certificate in ViPR Training
  • Nutritional adviser
  • First aider
  • Fully insured

I am currently studying:

  • REPs Level 3 Exercise Referral
  • REPs Level 4 Exercise for the Management of Lower Back Pain

Choose a start pack of 3 sessions for £180 which includes consultation, an eight-week programme plan, short and long-term goal setting and nutritional advice. Or book 6-12 sessions and save up to £120 – all include a programme plan, short and long-term goal setting and nutritional advice.

No gym membership required.

Sessions can be arranged in your home, outdoors or in the gym. Gym-base training sessions can be held at Premier Fitness Club, Finsbury Park, London N4 3JP (immediatedly opposite the Tube). www.premierfitness-club.co.uk. Running based training sessions in the club and / or outdoors.
