Take the 21-day Fitness Challenge, book monthly sessions or a package of 8, 12 or 24 sessions. Your programme will include:

  • static and dynamic posture assessment. range of motion tests and fitness testing as appropriate

  • performance-specific training programmes for runners if required

  • Level 4 Certificate in Specialist Exercise
  • Level 3 Diploma in Exercise Referral
  • Certified Chi Running and Chi Walking Instructor

  • Nutritional adviser
  • First aider
  • Fully insured

    In order to ensure continued sustainable development a minimum of one session a week is highly recommended.

    Sessions can be arranged in your home, outdoors or in the gym. Gym-base training sessions can be held at Premier Fitness Club, Finsbury Park, London N4 3JP (immediately opposite the tube). (no gym membership required)

    Running based training sessions in the club and / or outdoors.

    1-2-1 programmes are generally a 12-week initial commitment. Your investment runs from £173 per month upwards depending on which option you choose and what's best for you.
