Chi Running combines various T’ai Chi principles and the natural flow of energy with the power of running. This creates a highly efficient running technique that reduces impact on the body and lessens the risk of injury.
Chi Running is a common sense approach to running. The emphasis is on technique and correcting running errors such as poor posture, muscular inbalances, heavy heel strike, weak core muscles, tension in the neck and shoulders and slow cadence.
Chi Running focuses on alignment and relaxation. This not only makes the runner more energy efficient and able to run further and faster with less effort, but can also create a greater sense of well-being and a more enjoyable active healthy life.
