London Chi Running Club
Weekly sessions and the first Sunday of the month – technique exercises and drills followed by run

A unique Chi Running Club. Work on specific Chi Running focuses – for example posture, arm swing, breathing. We then head out for a run during which you'll get pointers on how to help make your running effortless and injury free. Routes are planned and a ‘shepherding’ system ensures everyone exercises at the appropriate level with the reassurance that you will not be left behind. The focus is on training and technique rather than competition.
Mondays 7-8:30pm: Beginners +
Premier Fitness Club, Finsbury Park, London N4 3JP (opposite Finsbury Park tube)
Studio-based technique work, drills and exercises covering Chi Running form focuses followed by up to 5k run. Suitable for beginners upwards.
Tuesdays 9:30–10:30am Beginners +
Priory Park, Middle Lane entrance, London N8
Work on Chi Running form focuses followed by a run around the local area.
Wednesdays 7-8:30pm: Intermediates
Premier Fitness Club, Finsbury Park, London N4 3JP (opposite Finsbury Park tube)
Studio-based technique work followed by up to 10k run. Runs will include aerobic, tempo (lactate threshold), hill work, intervals. Suitable for intermediates. Combine Monday and Wednesday sessions to create part of your training programme.
First Sunday of the month 10am-12:30pm: All levels (next session 3 March)
Premier Fitness Club, Finsbury Park, London N4 3JP (opposite Finsbury Park tube)
One-hour studio-based technique work followed by up to 10 mile run. Combined with weekly Monday and Wednesday evening sessions for the perfect training programme.
Places: Limited
Cost: £10 per session or book 10 sessions for £80 (Premier Fitness Club members and 1-2-1 clients £8 and £70).
Offers: Book 6 or more 1-2-1 personal training sessions or a Chi Running Workshop and get a free club session.
The Chi Running technique develops running efficiency, reduces the risk of injury and promotes a natural running form.
