A unique Chi Running Club. Work on specific Chi Running focuses – for example posture, arm swing, breathing. We then head out for a run during which you'll get pointers on how to help make your running effortless and injury free. Routes are planned and a ‘shepherding’ system ensures everyone exercises at the appropriate level with the reassurance that you will not be left behind. The focus is on training and technique rather than competition.
