Three unique Run Club Sessions:
Wednesdays 7-8:30pm Work on specific Chi Running focuses then head out for a run during which you'll get pointers on how to help make your running more efficient and reduce risk of injury. Routes are planned and a ‘shepherding’ system ensures everyone exercises at the appropriate level with the reassurance that you will not be left behind. The focus is on training and technique rather than competition.
Alternate Sundays (next session 31 August) 12:30-1:30pm Great if you’re just starting a fitness programme or wanting to enhance your programme with technique-based training. Strengthen core muscles, enjoy the great outdoors and look and feel better than ever!
Alternate Sundays (next session 14 September) 2-3:30pm Want a new challenge? Struggling to motivate yourself? Then this club is for you. With the emphasis on fun, you won't notice how hard you're actually working. Choose a 5 or 10k route but you won’t just be running – the session will be interspersed with plyometric power exercises. Plus you get two running coaches as Simon Keele (Vivobarefoot Running Coach) joins Gray for this session.
