Wednesdays 7-8:30pm Work on specific Chi Running focuses then head out for a run during which you'll get pointers on how to help make your running more efficient and reduce risk of injury. Routes are planned and a ‘shepherding’ system ensures everyone exercises at the appropriate level with the reassurance that you will not be left behind. The focus is on training and technique rather than competition.
Wednesdays 6:15-7pm Great if you’re just starting a fitness programme or wanting to enhance your programme with technique-based training. Strengthen core muscles, enjoy the great outdoors and look and feel better than ever!
