A unique Chi Running Club. Work on specific Chi Running focuses – for example posture, arm swing, breathing. We then head out for a run during which you'll get pointers on how to help make your running effortless and injury free. Routes are planned and a ‘shepherding’ system ensures everyone exercises at the appropriate level with the reassurance that you will not be left behind. The focus is on training and technique rather than competition.

The Chi Running technique develops running efficiency, reduces the risk of injury and promotes a natural running form.
Pre-booked session can be used for any Chi Running Club session.
Monday and Wednesday evenings at 7pm and the first Sunday of each month at 9:30am – Premier Fitness, London N4 3JP. Tuesdays at 9:30am – Harris + Hoole, Crouch End, London N8
