Three unique club sessions: 

Chi Run Club

Wednesdays 7-8:30pm Work on specific Chi Running focuses then head out for a run during which you'll get pointers on how to help make your running more efficient and reduce risk of injury. Routes are planned and a ‘shepherding’ system ensures everyone exercises at the appropriate level with the reassurance that you will not be left behind. The focus is on training and technique rather than competition. 

Chi Walk-Run

Wednesdays 6:15-7pm & Alternate Sundays 12:30-1:30pm Great if you’re just starting a fitness programme or wanting to enhance your programme with technique-based training. Strengthen core muscles, enjoy the great outdoors and look and feel better than ever! 

Lazy Sunday Chi Run Club

Alternate Sundays 10:30am-12pm  Want a new challenge? Struggling to motivate yourself? Then this club is for you. With the emphasis on fun, you won't notice how hard you're actually working.
