Chi Running combines the central movement principles of T’ai Chi with running to create a technique that shifts the workload to your core muscles allowing the legs to work less. This results in increased efficiency and reduction in the risk of injury.
If you're new Chi Running then the 1-day workshop is ideal for you. This includes video analysis and work on the main components of Chi Running. You'll spend the day learning drills and exercises to develop your running technique.
If you want a refresher or a brief introduction then the half-day workshop is great. It offers video analysis, a refresh/brief introduction to Chi Running focuses plus a short run focusing on technique.
Places are limited to ensure individual attention. Workshops are suitable for anyone wanting to improve their running form from complete beginners to ultra-marathoners. The focus is on learning technique and improving your skill.
