A Chi Running workshop is ideal for you to the learn the main components of the technique. It includes video analysis and work on posture, balance and optimal efficient movement. 

Places are limited 8 people to ensure lots of individual attention.

Chi Running has helped thousands of runners transform their technique – reducing, preventing and aiding in the recovery from injuries. Runners of all ages and levels have improved their efficiency and performance and now find running to be pain-free, easier, and enjoyable. 

You'll learn the main components of Chi Running through a series of exercises, drills and practise:

  • postural alignment, relaxation and balance
  • forward momentum progressing from walking to running
  • the importance of the upper body and arm swing
  • optimal cadence (strides per minute)
  • increased speed through relaxation
  • a deepened mind-body connection

Develop your running skill and create a life-long programme for fitness, health and general well-being.

A free follow-up session at the London Chi Running Club are included.
