A Chi Running workshop is ideal for you to the learn the main components of the technique. It includes video analysis and work postural, balance and optimal efficient movement. You'll learn how to improve your form through fun drills and exercises.
Places are limited to ensure individual attention. Workshops are suitable for complete beginners to ultra-marathoners since the focus is on learning technique and improving your skill. I hold workshops on a monthly basis.
