Learn the art of energy-efficient running
This session we'll focus on the Chi Running key components, working on alignment and relaxation and creating efficient forward momentum. We'll also look joint mobilisation then head out into the park to put it all into practise. A relaxed, friendly non-competitive club. Maximum number of people at this session will be 8.
