Today's focuses will be pelvic stability and breathing. We'll start by looking at correct alignment of the body to create pelvic stability and relaxed breathing. We'll then head out into the park for body looseners and a run up to 6 miles. A relaxed, friendly non-competitive club. Maximum number of people at this session will be 8.
Places: 8
Cost: £10 per session or book 10 sessions for £80 (Premier Fitness Club members and 1-2-1 clients £8 and £70).
Offers: Book 6 or more 1 personal training sessions or a Chi Running Workshop and get a free club run.
Venue: Premier Fitness Club, Finsbury Park, London N4 3JP (opposite Finsbury Park tube)
