Chi Running Club: Beginners +

Every Monday – Beginners +

19:00 — 20:00

Monday’s session is aimed at beginners plus. We’ll spend the first half hour in the studio, working on specific Chi Running focuses – for example posture, arm swing, breathing. We then head out for a run in Finsbury Park and the surrounding area for a run up to 5k depending on your current fitness level. I run with everyone at some point to give Chi Running tips and pointers. Routes are planned and a ‘shepherding’ system ensures everyone exercises at the appropriate level with the reassurance that you will not be left behind. The focus is on training and technique rather than competition.

Places: Limited

Cost: £10 per session or book 10 sessions for £80 (Premier Fitness Club members and 1-2-1 clients £8 and £70). 

Offers: Book 6 x 1-2-1 personal training sessions and get 2 club runs free. Book 12 x 1-2-1 personal training sessions and get 4 club runs free. Book a Chi Running Workshop and get 1 club run free.

The Chi Running technique develops running efficiency, reduces the risk of injury and promotes a natural running form.
