This session is perfect for those who want to create a stable foundation
for walking and running practice, increase aerobic fitness and
cardiovasular health, and help weight management. We’ll spend time in the studio working on specific Chi Running and Walking focuses – for example posture, arm swing, breathing. We'll then head outdoors for walk/run practice.
